Hello Calm is a mental health practice in Henderson, Nevada. We are award-winning, cash-pay, and highly selective about who we bring onto our team. We don't hire a therapist unless we'd trust the clinician to work with own family (that ends up being about one out of every fifty applicants).

Therapy Without Compromise
Hello Calm operates outside of insurance networks. That was a deliberate choice, and it shapes everything about how we work.
When insurance isn't in the room, a lot changes. Sessions aren't cut short because a plan says so. Treatment isn't shaped around what gets reimbursed. You get seen faster, by therapists who were hired because they're exceptional, working with you on your actual goals.
We don’t hire to fill chairs. We hire therapists we'd recommend to people we care about, and we turn away roughly 49 out of every 50 applicants to keep it that way.
Sessions start at $185. We think the access, the quality, and the lack of insurance red tape make it worth it. So do our clients.

What We Believe
Therapy works best when it feels safe enough to be honest. That sounds obvious, but it's rarer than it should be.
We believe the relationship between therapist and client matters more than any method. We believe people don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy, and that waiting until things are really bad makes the work harder. We believe good therapy should leave you with more clarity and more tools, not just a standing weekly appointment.
