Our office is located at 2520 St. Rose Pkwy Suite 214, Henderson, NV 89074.

Our Office
Enter the building through the double doors and take the elevators to the second floor. Exit through the doors and turn right. Suite 214 will be in the back right hand corner of the building. Enter the door and have a seat until your clinician is ready for you.
