Our Building

Our office is located at 2520 St. Rose Pkwy Suite 316, Henderson, NV 89074.

Our Office

Enter the building through the double doors and take the elevators to the third floor. Exit through the doors and turn right. Suite 316 will be on the right hand side by the restrooms. Enter the door and have a seat until your clinician is ready for you.
