If you become a client of Hello Calm, your clinical information is governed by a separate Notice of Privacy Practices provided at intake, in compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

3. SMS Text Messaging

By submitting a contact form on our Site, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Hello Calm at the phone number you provide. These messages may include:

  • Confirmation that we received your inquiry

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling follow-ups

  • General communications related to your inquiry

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any text message we send. To request help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@hellocalm.com.

We use Twilio, Inc. to send SMS messages. Twilio processes your phone number and message content on our behalf. We do not share your phone number or SMS data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

SMS consent is not a condition of receiving services from Hello Calm.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers who assist in operating our Site and business. These providers are contractually required to handle your information securely and only for the purposes we specify. Our current service providers include:

  • Google Analytics -- traffic analysis and performance measurement

  • Microsoft Clarity -- session recording and heatmap analysis

  • Mentaya -- out-of-network insurance reimbursement assistance

Contact form submissions are retained for a reasonable period to support scheduling and follow-up. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us (see Section 9).

Hello Calm does provide therapy services to minors, but clinical intake information is handled separately and governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
