Taking the first steps toward beginning counseling can be overwhelming and intimidating. Crystal understands how important working to improve your mental health can be and works passionately with people to address all sorts of struggles including, anxiety, depression, marital conflict, grief, and trauma. Crystal partners with individuals, couples, and families, as well as children and adolescents to offer healing and guidance as they sort through all of life’s curveballs.
During sessions, Crystal provides a safe space for clients. Together, you will have the opportunity to experience connection, healthy communication, emotional processing, and genuine empathy, with the goal of exploring difficult matters and challenging issues in your life.
Crystal works with you to build a collaborative and caring environment to discover any forms of generational patterns, unlock inner strengths, and apply learned skills to use in everyday life.

Crystal holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Northcentral University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is currently practicing and professionally licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist intern and is an active member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
