Why Reviewing Therapy Feels Hard

Leaving a review for a therapy practice can feel a bit uncomfortable. Your experiences is personal, and it’s natural to want privacy when you’re talking about something so sensitive. You should never have to choose between protecting your identity and offering feedback.

Why Reviews Matter

Many people look for reassurance when they’re thinking about starting therapy. Anonymous reviews give them a quiet reminder that support exists and that healing is possible.

Good News!

Google now allows you to share a review anonymously! This keeps your real name hidden while still giving you the option to share your experience—only if you want to.
