Couples Therapy With an Award-Winning Henderson Therapist – First Session Guarantee

Will the therapist take sides?

A good couples therapist doesn’t take sides. The role of the therapist is to understand both perspectives and help each partner feel heard, respected, and understood. The goal is not to decide who is right, but to help both of you move toward a healthier and more productive way of relating.

Is couples counseling actually worth it?

For many couples, counseling becomes the first space where real conversations can happen without turning into another argument. A skilled therapist helps couples slow down, understand patterns that keep them stuck, and learn practical ways to communicate and reconnect. Many couples say therapy gives them tools they wish they had learned years earlier.

How much does couples counseling cost?

All sessions are $185, and we are a private-pay practice. If the first session doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’ll either switch you to a different therapist or refund the session so you can try somewhere else. Your therapist will be happy to meet at intervals that work best for you.
