Stuck is an exhausting place to be, especially when you don’t know where to start. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t shut off, a loss you’re still carrying, or the same fight with someone you love on repeat. Maybe it’s watching your child or teen struggle with feelings that seem too big for them. Maybe you’ve never said any of it out loud. You don’t need the right words. Wanting things to feel different is reason enough.
I’ve spent over a decade in mental health, and I’ve learned that most people need more than a listening ear. Therapy with me is a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. I’ll be honest with you, and I’ll be on your side. Together we’ll look at the patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and habits, figure out what’s keeping you stuck, and build tools you can actually use between sessions.

We all need a safe person to understand us and help us understand ourselves. You’re allowed to have one. If you’d like to start working with me, book your first session, and let’s get started together.
