We meet weekly on secure, HIPAA-compliant video and work through your live cases: what is happening in the room, where you feel stuck, and what to try next. Group supervision counts toward your Nevada intern hours.

I founded Hello Calm and I still see clients every week, mostly adults carrying trauma that keeps surfacing in everyday life. I am trained in EMDR. I also built and run a practice, so I know the parts of this work that do not show up in grad school. I try my best to supervise the way I was supervised: honest, practical, and actually present.
