Caring For Our Community

Written by Ryan Greenwood

Because healing shouldn’t stop at our office walls.

At Hello Calm, we like to say we have three Cs — our north stars that guide everything we do:

  1. Caring for our Clinicians’ mental health

  2. Caring for our Clients’ mental health

  3. Caring for our Community’s mental health

These three priorities remind us that well-being isn’t just an individual pursuit — it’s something we build together, one act of care at a time.

Community Connection: Coffee, Conversation, and Care

Recently, during National Suicide Prevention Month, we partnered with our friends at Evergreen Coffee here in Henderson, Nevada to host a suicide prevention workshop. Over coffee and connection, we opened a conversation about something that touches far too many lives — and shared tools, hope, and resources for those who might need them.

It was a simple event, but meaningful ones often are. Every conversation about mental health helps reduce stigma and builds a community that listens and supports.

Building Bridges Beyond Therapy

We’re always looking for ways to engage with our Henderson community — whether that’s through workshops, speaking engagements, or collaborations with local businesses that share our values.

If you’ve ever attended one of our events, you know that we believe mental health care shouldn’t live only inside therapy rooms. It should ripple out into the places we gather, sip coffee, work, and live our daily lives.

Let’s Keep the Conversation Going
